Gibian, LLC Consulting + Construction Management was founded in April of 2008. Our Passion is customer service.
Looking for supervision for a 1 year out of ground project located in Morrisville, NC and future projects.
- Construction Site Superintendent experienced in out of ground buildings and tenant fit outs.
- Must have a minimum of 10 years of out of ground construction experience.
- Must be capable of working independently
- Responsible for managing and coordinating all jobsite activities including subcontractors, material suppliers, deliveries and inspections
- Must be able to read and interpret drawings / blueprints
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Must be proficient with computer software
