Key Responsibilities:

Identify and Qualify candidates aligned to client positions

Manage the full recruitment process, from initial outreach to placement.

Develop a strong understanding of client requirements and company cultures.

Draft and post job descriptions and conduct candidate outreach through professional networking channels.

Maintain accurate records of recruiting activity within our applicant tracking system.

Collaborate with senior recruiters and account managers to ensure excellent service to both candidates and clients.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's or equivalent experience

0-3 years of professional experience in recruiting, sales, or another people-focused environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking with professionals at all levels.
