Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Maintenance Technician to help in our multi family maintenance team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation by assisting with maintenance activities, working with maintenance staff, making sure that units are ready for move-in. The ideal candidate will possess strong maintenance skills in plumbing, electric, painting and drywall, turning units and flooring. Responsibilities
- Coordinate work orders with the managers in the office.
- Proficient knowledge of turning units
- Work with other technicians to providing guidance and performance to ensure high standards of work quality and safety.
- Working knowledge of drywall and flooring.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations related to industrial maintenance, including high voltage and electrical safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory levels of parts and tools, and service logs for audit purposes.
Skills
- Proven management experience in a multi family maintenance environment with strong leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency work order management, asset tracking, and reporting.
- Solid understanding of standard maintenance practices in a multi-family environment.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting.
- Strong project skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
