Position Summary
Production Employees are responsible for assisting in the manufacturing and finishing of high-quality fiberglass swimming pools. Team members work in a fast-paced production environment and play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the production and fabrication of fiberglass swimming pools
- Operate production equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Prepare molds, materials, and work areas for production
- Perform sanding, trimming, finishing, and quality inspections
- Follow safety procedures and company quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Manufacturing, production, construction, or fiberglass experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
- Ability to stand, bend, and work in a physically active environment throughout the shift
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
