Job Functions:
- Serve as a trusted operational partner to company leadership, helping support the growth and success of a handcrafted fashion accessories brand.
- Support the flow of wholesale orders from purchase order through fulfillment, including inventory coordination, allocations, and shipping timelines.
- Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and product data within Sage 100 ERP.
- Assist with sales reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and account materials that help support customer relationships and business decisions.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and customers receive the quality and service they expect from our brand.
- Assist with fulfillment and shipping operations during peak shipping periods as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and support the continued growth of a creative, entrepreneurial company.
Experience and Qualifications:
- One year of Wholesale industry experience is required, with an understanding of how retail partnerships, purchase orders, inventory flow, and account relationships work.
- Experience supporting customers, sales teams, wholesale accounts, or business operations in a fast-paced environment.
- An organized professional with exceptional attention to detail who understands that every order, shipment, and customer interaction reflects the quality of our brand.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting, inventory information, and operational details with accuracy and confidence.
- A strong communicator who can build positive relationships.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities—from supporting accounts and coordinating orders to assisting with day-to-day operations—while maintaining a high level of follow-through.
- A genuine appreciation for beautifully crafted products and the behind-the-scenes work required to bring unique fashion accessories from design to customer.
- Experience with Sage 100 ERP is preferred.
- Experience with Amazon Vendor Central, Shopify, and Faire is a plus.
