We're looking for someone who is kind, dependable, and excited to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. Whether you already have experience in ABA or are just beginning to explore the field, we'd love to meet you.
We especially encourage students and recent graduates pursuing careers in psychology, education, special education, speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, social work, behavior analysis, or related fields to apply. If you're looking for meaningful hands-on experience while being mentored by a BCBA in a supportive environment, we'd love to help you grow.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll work one-on-one with children in their homes, helping them build communication, play, social, and daily living skills through fun, engaging activities. Every child is different, so no two days look exactly the same!
You'll never be expected to figure things out on your own. I'll provide ongoing guidance, training, and support so you feel confident every step of the way.

- Has reliable transportation.
- Is interested in a career in psychology, education, ABA, or a related field.
No ABA experience? That's completely okay! We'd much rather hire someone with a caring heart and willingness to learn than someone who simply checks every box. We'll provide training and support to help you succeed.
