Duties
- Perform a variety of aesthetic laser treatments such as laser hair reduction and pigmentation reduction with precision and safety.
- Conduct professional skincare services including chemical peels, HydraFacials and microneedling.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment options tailored to individual needs.
- Ensure all treatments adhere to health and safety regulations through proper sanitation and sterilization procedures.
- Provide services including consultations , answering questions about procedures, aftercare, and expectations.
Skills
- Proven experience with esthetic laser treatments and skincare therapies.
- Strong knowledge of chemical peels, HydraFacials, microneedling and laser treatments.
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients effectively and build lasting relationships.
- Ability to perform retail sales through product demos and personalized recommendations.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
