American Traveler is hiring an LPN for a Behavioral Health/Psych unit with nights scheduling and a minimum of 1 year of experience required.

Behavioral Health/Psych unit in an inpatient hospital setting
-
Adult patient population
-
Night shifts, 3x12-hour schedule (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)

Weekday shifts with every other weekend required

Uses Avatar EMR
-
Current LPN/LVN license required if applicable

Minimum 1 year of LPN experience required
-
Current BLS certification required
-
CPI certification required (may be obtained during orientation)

First Aid certification required (may be obtained during orientation)

Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Fingerprinting must be completed in West Virginia at least 7-10 business days prior to start date; candidates will not be cleared to begin without results on file
-
This is a 13-week contract with potential for extension

First-time travelers are welcome to apply

Navy or royal blue scrubs are provided

Fingerprinting is a West Virginia state requirement with no exceptions; travelers must be prepared to travel to or arrive in WV early to complete this process, as results can take 5-7 business days

Holiday RTO requests are limited to no more than 1 of the 3 major holidays

Block scheduling is not available; shift assignments are based on coverage needs for open shifts
