Position: Seasonal Groundskeeper
Type: Part-Time, Non-Exempt
Reporting to: Sustainability and Maintenance Supervisor
Rate: $18.00 per hour
Drake’s Brewing Company is a top 10 Northern California craft brewer. Drake’s: The Barn is the third location in the family - known for sitting on a two-acre property and boasting food, beverages, and events! We are currently looking for an employee with basic groundskeeping and maintenance experience. The employment timeframe for this seasonal position is from June through October. In the Seasonal Groundskeeper role, you will support our guests and general operations by creating a clean, functional, and appealing space!
Job Responsibilities/Main Functions/Main Tasks:
● Visually inspect buildings & landscaping to identify and address maintenance concerns
● Keep grounds clean and free from trash, litter, and debris
● Maintain organization & upkeep of equipment including but not limited to: hand trucks, tools, rakes, brooms, etc.
● Perform minor janitorial work such as trash removal, mopping, power washing, high-dusting, replacing light bulbs, resetting furniture, etc.
● Complete all tasks listed on daily, weekly, and monthly checklists assigned by leaders in a timely manner
● Maintain contact with Maintenance, FOH, BOH, and Management teams to ensure concerns are addressed

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
● 1+ year groundskeeping/general maintenance (or related) experience
● High level of verbal and written communication
