Ron’s Lumber & Home Center, a Nation’s Best Holdings, LLC company, is seeking candidates for a Dishwasher position at the Lumberjack Café in our Howe, Oklahoma location.

What You’ll Do

Ensure the kitchen and café have clean and sanitized dishes, utensils, pots, pans and equipment
- Assist with basic food preparation as assigned
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized kitchen and dish area
- Support food prep for daily items and specials as needed
- Follow recipes, procedures and presentation guidelines
- Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels in work areas
- Launder towels, aprons and other items as needed
- Support overall café operations and assist team members as needed
- Complete additional duties and tasks as assigned
What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2+ years of restaurant or food and beverage experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of food handling and kitchen operations
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and move heavier items with assistance as needed
- Sense of urgency and willingness to support the team as needed
- Results-oriented with the ability to serve customers with humility and be a steward of Nation’s Best values
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining adaptable and flexible
- Strong interpersonal skills with a consistent focus on delivering exceptional customer service
Schedule:

Monday through Saturday: 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM start time, working until 3:00 PM

Every other Friday: scheduled until 3:30 PM
