Responsibilities:
- Capture exciting and creative footage of training sessions, games, and events, showcasing the unique GFI Soccer Academy experience.
- Follow and execute our social media strategy across platforms, while bringing your own creative flair to grow our online presence.
- Engage with our audience through direct messages, comments, and community interactions, fostering a strong connection with players, parents, and fans.
- Monitor and respond to feedback, ensuring a positive and interactive online environment.
- Edit videos efficiently using platforms such as CapCut and Premiere Pro, with room to experiment with creative approaches to storytelling.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and tools to continually enhance performance and engagement.
- Develop and create compelling, original content (images, videos, graphics, and written posts) tailored to each social media platform, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistent branding and aesthetic across all social media content.-
- Write engaging and creative copy for social media posts, advertisements, and campaigns.
- Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s goals and target audience.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platforms to ensure our content remains relevant and competitive.- Identify opportunities to leverage social media for brand promotion, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster a positive community experience.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track engagement, reach, and growth, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries and feedback through social media channels.
- Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns and promotions, including contests, giveaways, and collaborations with influencers or brand ambassadors.
- Work with the advertising team to create and manage paid social media campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and report on performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with the marketing team, including graphic designers, videographers, and copywriters, to produce cohesive and high-quality content.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media aligns with broader marketing initiatives and product launches.
- Attend brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for upcoming campaigns and projects.
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation, with a strong ability to bring creativity to every project.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut and Premiere Pro.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) and their algorithms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a sports-oriented audience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while pushing the creative boundaries of our brand.
- Schedule & Flexibility:
Flexibility to work half-days on Saturdays, with potential to cover key events on weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
