Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Fundamentals and Adult Medical Surgical Clinical Instructor to join our team. The Clinical Instructor will play a vital role in educating and mentoring students in a clinical and simulation lab setting, ensuring they gain the practical skills and knowledge necessary for their professional development. Responsibilities
- Facilitate clinical learning experiences for students in various healthcare settings.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Collaborate with faculty and clinical staff to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices and educational methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and accreditation standards during clinical instruction.
- Support students in developing critical thinking skills and professional behaviors.
- Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development, and program evaluation.
Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification in the applicable healthcare profession.
- Previous teaching or mentoring experience is preferred but not mandatory.
