Quality Care Cleaning in Ottawa, IL is currently seeking a dependable, and highly motivated individual to join our team as Part-Time Bank Crew Lead Cleaner - Quality Checker for area accounts in the LaSalle -Ottawa - Morris, IL area. This position works primarily in banking facilities and requires travel between multiple client locations as needed.
Cleaning Schedule: MONDAY - Friday evenings, 5p - 8/9pm (approximately), 20-25 hours per week.
Duties would include:
- Conduct detailed quality inspections of all bank facilities to ensure compliance with company and client standards.
- Identify cleaning deficiencies and take immediate corrective action.
- Direct and coach cleaning personnel on cleaning issues, procedures, and performance expectations.
- Monitor work completion and verify that all cleaning tasks are performed thoroughly and accurately.
- Fill in for employee call-offs, vacations, or staffing shortages to ensure all locations are serviced as scheduled.
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must have minimum 1 year previous commercial cleaning experience.
- Prior leadership, crew lead, supervisory, or quality control experience preferred.
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
