Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for implementing engaging lesson plans, managing classroom dynamics, and ensuring the overall well-being of each child.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes literacy, math, and physical education.
- Create lesson plans that incorporate various teaching methods, implement our Early Learning Experience Curriculum.
- Foster a positive learning environment through effective classroom management and behavior management techniques.
- Engage in regular communication with parents regarding their child's progress and development.
- Conduct assessments and standardized testing as required to evaluate student learning outcomes.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
Experience
- Proven experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare or private school setting.
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles and effective teaching strategies.
- Experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management is essential.
- Familiarity with literacy education, math concepts, and physical education teaching methods is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
