Accounting & Office Assistant
Small wholesale business located in the Port of Tacoma has an opening for a full time accounting and office assistant to help with the process of our daily paperwork and customer payments. This position will also be used as an assistant to our other departments in the company. We are looking for a responsible and very dependable person that will fit with our team.
Job Duties:
· Processing invoices – reviewing for accuracy & completeness
· Posting A/R payments & adjustments
· Processing credit card payments
· Customer account set-up & maintenance
· Application processing
· Sending out customer statements
· Filing, scanning, mailing
· Preparing marketing mailings
· Assisting with any other tasks within the accounting department
· Helping with odd job projects for other departments

40 hour work week, Monday thru Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Hourly pay starting at $21
Good benefits available
Will need to pass a background test
