Overview
We are seeking a motivated and professional Cold Caller with at least one year of healthcare office experience to help build relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and community partners and introduce our Home Companion Services.
This position is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, communicates professionally, and has experience working in a medical office, home care agency, physician's office, hospital, or other healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to healthcare providers, physician offices, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other referral sources.
- Introduce our home companion services professionally.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with referral partners.
- Schedule appointments when appropriate.
- Capture email addresses
- Accurately document calls and outcomes.
- Follow call scripts while adapting to each conversation.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year of healthcare/homecare office experience (Required).
- Previous cold calling, appointment setting, or business development experience.
- Using Google Sheets and Google Docs
- Using a dialer
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable speaking with healthcare professionals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace.
- Must reside in the United States.
- Must be legally authorized to work as an independent contractor (1099).
