About The Role
We are seeking a Roofing Project Manager to oversee residential roofing projects, managing roof builds, while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Roofing Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing residential roofing projects to ensure jobs are completed on time and according to company quality standards. This role serves as the key liaison between homeowners, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Scaling and walking roofs is a requirement and getting up and down ladders
- Manage residential roofing projects from start of build day through final completion
- Conduct pre-installation inspections and verify materials and scope of work
- Be onsite at properties during build day and communicate with homeowners to provide project updates and address questions
- Ensure all work meets company quality workmanship standards and building codes
- Ability to manage multiple roofing jobs in one day; projects last 1-2 days
- Perform final walkthroughs and resolve punch list items
- Maintain accurate project documentation and job progress updates
- Updating company CRM regularly with key job note
Qualifications
- Must be able to safely climb ladders, work at heights, and spend extended periods walking and standing on residential and commercial roofs in varying weather conditions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license
