Schedule: Monday–Friday + rotating Saturdays

We are a family-owned BMW dealership in Shreveport, LA seeking an experienced Parts Counter Person who is ready to grow with us. We value our people — and it shows in how we treat them.
**What You'll Do:**
- Assist retail customers, service technicians, and wholesale accounts at the parts counter
- Look up and source parts using BMW/dealer systems
- Process parts orders, returns, and special orders accurately and efficiently
- Build strong relationships with service advisors and technicians
- Maintain a clean, organized parts counter and inventory area
**What We're Looking For:**
- Minimum 2 years of dealership parts counter experience
- Familiarity with automotive parts lookup systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
- Ability to work Saturdays on a rotating basis
