Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour based on position and experience
Direct Staffing is seeking dependable, safety-minded employees for a manufacturing facility in Greenwood, AR. This is not an entry-level position for someone looking for a temporary paycheck. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, reliable attendance, mechanical aptitude, and a proven work history.
Available Shifts:
Weekend Shift
Friday – Sunday
6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
General Labor / Assembly Duties:
- Assemble small to medium-sized clamp components
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
- Follow detailed work instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment

Requirements:

- Safety-toed shoes required
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Candidates with excessive job hopping will not be considered

Candidates with CNC operating experience are encouraged to apply. CNC positions are available on all shifts and require prior manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and a stable work history.
