We are seeking a proactive and versatile Maintenance Worker to join our team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our facilities and outdoor spaces.
Duties
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of buildings, grounds, and outdoor areas to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment or landscaping projects.
- Troubleshoot issues as needed.
- During winter months keep pathways clear and safe for all users.
- Assist with tree care activities such as pruning, trimming, removal or treatment
- Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools.
- Construction experience is a plus—capable of assisting with building repairs or small-scale projects.
- Excellent skills in general maintenance tasks.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety protocols while operating equipment or handling chemicals.
