Johnston, IA | Commercial & Agricultural Construction | $130,000–$150,000
The best Lead Estimators don't spend their day chasing quantities.
They spend it answering the question:
"Can we build this...and can we win it?"
You're the person people call before bid day because they know you'll find what everyone else missed. A scope gap. A risky assumption. A subcontractor number that doesn't make sense. The detail that separates profitable work from expensive lessons.
If you enjoy leading estimates and helping other estimators become better, keep reading.
This is an opportunity to join a growing general contractor where you'll have a direct hand in winning commercial and agricultural projects throughout the Midwest.
