RN Nursing Supervisor
Location: Wisconsin
Shift timings: Day / Evening Shift
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced RN Nursing Supervisor to oversee nursing operations, supervise clinical staff, and ensure high-quality patient care within the facility. The ideal candidate will provide leadership, support regulatory compliance, coordinate care delivery, and promote a positive team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned unit
- Coordinate patient care and monitor clinical outcomes
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and performance management
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and quality standards
Requirements:
Active RN License (State or Compact)
BLS Certification
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Experience in LTC, Skilled Nursing, or Hospital setting preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Pay: $2,500.00 per week
