Duties
- Assist in food preparation by chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients efficiently and accurately
- Support cooking processes by following recipes, safety protocols, and kitchen procedures
- Handle food safely by practicing proper food handling techniques and adhering to food safety standards
- Perform heavy lifting tasks such as moving supplies, ingredients, and equipment with safe lifting practices
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure a hygienic environment
- Buss tables and assist with serving guests during peak hours to enhance guest satisfaction
- Assist with kitchen inventory management by receiving deliveries and organizing supplies
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent guest services in a fast-paced setting
- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is key
- Knowledge of food handling, safety practices, and culinary techniques is highly desirable
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact positively with guests
