Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, including but not limited to:
Administering medications and treatments as ordered by a physician
Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the registered nurse
Assisting with procedures and performing various medical tasks
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care, ensuring that every patient receives the highest level of respect, dignity, and compassion
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Requirements:
Current LVN license in the State of Texas
Current CPR certification
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
