We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.

- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms through regular sanitization practices.
- Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions accurately, and assist with upselling menu items.
- Utilize POS system for order processing and payment handling.
- Assist with bussing tables and ensuring that the dining area is tidy and inviting for guests.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure high-quality service in compliance with health regulations.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing are essential.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are key attributes for success in this role.
