Industrial Maintenance Technician Requirements:
- 1+ years of Industrial or MFG Maintenance experience required
- Mechanical or Electrical Troubleshooting experience required
- PPE Required on Job
- Experience with Multimeter or Fluke multimeter preferred
- Boiler experience or Boiler Operator Certification preferred
- Welding / Fabrication or Conduit Installation experience is a plus

Industrial Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on commercial and industrial laundry equipment used to process hotel and hospitality linens
- Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, steam, and PLC equipment issues, performing preventative maintenance, responding to equipment breakdowns, repairing and replacing components, and reading blueprints and electrical schematics
- Work primarily includes tunnel washers, industrial washer extractors, dryers, extraction presses, flatwork ironers, automated sheet and towel folders, conveyor and overhead rail systems, pumps, motors, gearboxes, bearings, VFDs, boilers, air compressors, steam and hot water systems, chemical dispensing systems, wastewater treatment equipment, and other industrial laundry equipment
- Perform other related duties as assigned
