Inventory Specialist
Location: Rio Rancho, NM
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday - Friday | Full-Time | On-Site

Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented
Inventory Specialist to join their growing team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys inventory management, warehouse operations, customer support, and working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy matters.

What You'll Do:
- Receive, inspect, count, and accurately put away incoming inventory
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders while meeting turnaround deadlines
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and regular stock audits
- Utilize warehouse management systems and inventory software to track materials
- Support shipping, receiving, and internal product movement activities
- Deliver products to and around customer sites as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Identify inventory discrepancies and assist with corrective actions
- Work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure service excellence
- Support day-to-day warehouse and inventory operations as business needs require

What You Need to Have:
- Previous warehouse, inventory, logistics, or material handling experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Solid computer skills and comfort learning new software systems
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
- Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record
The Musts:
- MUST HAVE SAP EXPERIENCE
- Inventory, warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely throughout the workday
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Customer-focused attitude
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work on-site full-time
Preferred:
- Forklift certification or prior forklift experience
- Experience with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems
- SAP experience
- Spare parts, MRO, industrial supply, manufacturing, or distribution experience
- Experience performing cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Semiconductor or technical manufacturing experience
