Job Type: Flexible | Per-Diem | Part-Time | As-Needed Pay: Starting at $18.00+ per hour, based on experience, assignment, and applicable state and local requirements. Our mission is to provide peace of mind to parents while creating flexible work opportunities for dedicated caregivers. We are currently building our team and are looking for compassionate individuals who genuinely enjoy working with children.
Responsibilities - Provide attentive, safe, and nurturing care for children.
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities.
- Engage children in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities. - Prepare simple meals and snacks when requested.
- Assist with homework when appropriate. - Follow each family's routines, instructions, and household expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized play area. - Communicate professionally with parents before, during, and after assignments.
- Report any incidents or concerns immediately according to company policy. Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old. - High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience caring for children is preferred (professional or personal experience welcomed).
- Reliable transportation is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, dependable, professional, and trustworthy.
- Ability to remain calm in emergency situations.
- Willingness to complete onboarding and orientation.
- Background screening and identity verification are required before accepting assignments. Preferred Qualifications
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience with infants, toddlers, or children with special needs is a plus. - Previous experience as a babysitter, nanny, daycare worker, teacher's aide, camp counselor, or caregiver.

- On-call opportunities available Work Location Assignments are provided within our service area and are based on caregiver availability and family needs.
