Pinnacle Kidz Physical Therapy is an outpatient specialty clinic providing physical therapy services to infants and children from birth through early adolescence. We are currently seeking a part-time or per diem physical therapist to work with our pediatric clients in the late afternoons and early evenings, approximately 1–3 days per week.
An ideal candidate will have experience in pediatric or orthopedic physical therapy and is comfortable working independently, although training and mentorship are available as needed. This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in an outpatient pediatric setting or for a therapist seeking supplemental work hours in a unique and rewarding practice environment. Job Responsibilities Include:
- Evaluation and treatment of various developmental, congenital, neurologic, and orthopedic conditions in infants, young children, and adolescents
- Development and implementation of physical therapy plans of care in accordance with our company values and family goals
- Parent and caregiver education, training, and home program instruction
- Completion of required documentation in compliance with company policies
- Effective verbal and written communication with staff, caregivers and related care providers
- Promotion of our profession and company brand within the community
Required Qualifications Include:
- Current license from the Physical Therapy Board of California in good standing. PTLA status may be considered for candidates with pediatric or other relevant clinical experience.
- Valid CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications Include:
- Experience in pediatric and/or orthopedic physical therapy
- Outside experience working with children or teens
Pay: From $75.00 per hour
