We're looking for a full-time Associate Dentist in Northwest San Antonio who wants to do meaningful, high-impact dentistry and build something lasting with a team that's ready to grow.
This is a busy, established practice serving a diverse, multilingual, and predominantly Medicaid community. We see around 35 patients a day across 7 operatories, with 25–30 new patients every month. If you're a dentist who's energized by full schedules, real clinical variety, and patients who genuinely need your care, this is your seat.

What We're Looking For
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program
- Active Texas dental license (or eligibility to obtain by start date)
- 3–5 years of clinical experience preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred it makes a real difference with our patients
- Willing to live in or relocate to the San Antonio area we're looking for a dentist invested in this community for the long term
- A strong treatment plan communicator confident with crowns, bridges, dentures, and implants
- Excellent listener and communicator who builds patient trust
- Open, positive, flexible, and dependable you show up for morning huddles and lead the day
- A servant-leader mindset you enjoy coaching and developing your clinical team
- Comfortable in a high-volume, Medicaid-focused, community-centered practice
