The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and general upkeep of the property to ensure a safe and pleasant environment.

Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of common areas, hallways, and facilities

Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to designated disposal areas

Monitor and replenish supplies such as paper products and soap
