What You'll Do
- Recruit, train, and develop the sales team.
- Ride along with sales reps to coach and improve performance.
- Conduct weekly training meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Track KPIs, sales metrics, and team performance.
- Hold the team accountable to goals and company standards.
- Work closely with production and office staff to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Help grow the business through leadership, strategy, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales leadership experience.
- Strong coaching and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and hold people accountable.
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Experience in roofing, construction, or home improvement sales is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
