Position Overview The Visual Lead is a hands-on sales floor leader responsible for maintaining brand-consistent, sales-driven visual standards at our Shop at Wailea location. This role sets the visual tone of the store, ensures the sales floor is always guest-ready, and helps the team understand how strong visuals support sales and the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the overall look and feel of the sales floor in alignment with SoHa brand and seasonal direction
- Execute and maintain floor sets, feature tables, wall bays, and focal displays
- Ensure the store is clean, full, organized, and visually guest-ready at all times
- Adjust merchandising throughout the day based on traffic, sell-through, and replenishment
- Train and coach associates on visual standards and basic merchandising principles
- Partner with store leadership on visual priorities and company-wide initiatives

- Strong visual eye with attention to detail and sense of style
- Sales-minded and understands visuals drive customer engagement and revenue
- Organized, reliable, and proactive about maintaining standards daily
- Comfortable leading by example and coaching peers
- Able to balance visual execution with customer service on the floor

- We are currently looking for a team member with availability on: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
- Available Shifts (Hours May Vary: 10:00 AM–6:30 PM)
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of retail or visual merchandising experience preferred
- Understanding of floor flow, product placement, and visual storytelling
- Ability to lift fixtures, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
