Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Lead entrepreneurial initiatives focused on business development, including identifying new funding sources, sponsorships, and partnership opportunities.
- Oversee operational management within the territory, ensuring efficient execution of programs, events, and outreach activities.
- Manage budgets at an executive level, including planning, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring compliance with nonprofit or corporate financial standards.
- Supervise teams across various functions such as marketing, operations, fundraising, and program delivery to ensure high performance and accountability.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop strategic management plans that enhance organizational impact and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in corporate strategy development or nonprofit strategic management with demonstrated success in leadership roles.
- Strong background in business management, team supervision, and operational oversight within a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in financial management at an executive level, including budget planning and fundraising for business development.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing senior teams and working collaboratively with board members.
