Each One Teach One Childcare & Learning Center is seeking a dedicated, nurturing, and enthusiastic Group Supervisor to support our Preschool Program serving children ages 3 to 5 years old. Our educators play a critical role in helping children build confidence, independence, and the academic and social-emotional skills needed for kindergarten and beyond.

Position Responsibilities Classroom Leadership & School Readiness
- Support the Group Supervisor in planning and implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with our curriculum and school readiness goals.
- Promote children's growth in literacy, language, math, science, social studies, and creative expression through hands-on learning experiences.
- Foster independence, problem-solving, critical thinking, and positive social skills.
- Prepare children for a successful transition to kindergarten by encouraging self-help skills, confidence, and a love of learning.
- Conduct classroom activities that support social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development.
Classroom Management & Supervision
- Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assist with daily routines, including meals, transitions, rest time, outdoor play, and learning centers.
- Support positive behavior guidance strategies that encourage self-regulation and respectful interactions.
- Step into a leadership role and oversee classroom operations when the Group Supervisor is absent.
- Guide and support classroom aides and assistant teachers as needed.
- Maintain accurate classroom documentation and ensure compliance with all DHS regulations and center policies.
Family Engagement & Communication
- Build positive, professional relationships with children and families.
- Communicate children's progress, accomplishments, and classroom experiences with families.
- Support family engagement activities, conferences, special events, and center-wide initiatives.
- Partner with families to support each child's individual growth and development.
Center-Wide Collaboration
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to provide high-quality educational experiences.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and training programs.
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture that reflects EOTO's mission of empowering children, families, and communities through education.
- Assist with center events, celebrations, and community engagement opportunities.

Qualifications
Candidates must meet Pennsylvania DHS Assistant Group Supervisor qualifications and satisfy one of the following requirements:
- High school diploma or GED plus 30 college credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or a related human services field.
- High school diploma or GED with 600 or more hours of secondary training.
- High school diploma or GED plus 15 college credit hours in a related field and at least one year of experience working with children.
- High school diploma or GED and completion of a post-secondary training curriculum.
- High school diploma or GED and at least two years of experience working with children.
