Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop accounting staff while providing training and process guidance.
- Oversee payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and treasury operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.
- Support cash forecasting, liquidity analysis, banking relationships, and cash management activities.
- Support annual financial audits, 401(k) audits, and compliance testing.
- Oversee customer invoicing, collections, credit management, and revenue recognition.
- Ensure timely vendor payments and efficient AP processing.
- Support payroll processing, tax filings, year-end reporting, and payroll audits.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across accounting processes and systems.
- Collaborate with leadership to support organizational financial goals and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of accounting experience; 10+ years preferred.
- Experience managing AR, AP, Payroll, and Treasury functions.
- Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounting processes while leading and developing a team.
