Minimum Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or GED equivalent.
2. Two years' work or volunteer experience with behavioral health or related field preferred.
3. Must have lived experience with a mental illness and must have received mental health services.
4. Must be familiar with the region's communities and be able to effectively communicate with the residents.
5. Demonstrated abilities to communicate both orally and in writing.
6. Basic computer skills.
7. Must pass background check pursuant to federal Indian Child Protection and Family Violence Prevention Act requirements.
Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:
1. Basic computer skills using electronic health records, scheduling systems, Microsoft Office applications, and Oracle programs.
2. Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
3. Must have initiative and prioritizing skills.
4. Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
5. Must maintain strict confidentiality, adhering to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality regulations.
Supervision: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
