Duties
- Prepare fresh sandwiches and food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation
- Operate POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the restaurant.
- Manage cash register operations including cash handling, credit card transactions, and balancing registers at shift end
- Assist with food safety practices such as proper food handling, sanitation, and bussing tables or cleaning workstations as needed
- Support team members with food preparation tasks or other duties during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Basic math skills are essential for cash handling and retail math tasks
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Experience in culinary arts, kitchen work, or retail environments such as grocery stores or cafes is advantageous
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts
- Able to follow instructions

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
