Oaks Automotive is looking for a motivated full-time salesperson to join our growing team.
With 500+ vehicles on the ground and over 1,200 vehicles sold last year, we’re one of the fastest-growing used car dealerships in the Cincinnati area — which means plenty of inventory and plenty of opportunity to sell.
We offer great pay, a great work environment, and a busy dealership with consistent customer traffic. We’re looking for someone who is motivated, dependable, good with customers, and ready to work.
Automotive sales experience is preferred.

Duties
- Engage with potential customers through outbound calls and in-person interactions to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that enhance their buying experience
- Negotiate terms of sale, including pricing, trade-ins, and financing options to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records of sales activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales with a focus on passenger cars or high-end vehicles preferred
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage a sales pipeline efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
