Job Title: Project Manager
Duties:
- Coordinate and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, quality, and timeline.
- Develop project plans, including defining project objectives, phases, tasks, and material requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and create detailed project schedules.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project milestones and deliverables.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Document project processes, procedures, and best practices for future reference.
Skills:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction/carpentry industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement appropriate solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while being self-motivated and independent.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience in carpentry is a PLUS
