Full-Time Medical Assistant
Dream Opportunity in a Small, High-Quality Concierge Rheumatology Practice

Why Join Us?
This is more than a typical Medical Assistant position. It is an opportunity to put your clinical skills to work while learning new things and working closely with a rheumatologist in a calm, supportive, and personalized environment.
This is not a high-volume medical office. We prioritize quality, attention to detail, and meaningful patient relationships over rushing through a large number of appointments. Because our patient volume is intentionally low, you will have the time and opportunity to provide thoughtful care, build genuine rapport with patients, and take pride in the work you do.
You will also have the opportunity to learn a broad range of clinical, administrative, insurance, prior authorization, pharmacy, and practice-management skills. In a small practice, every team member plays an important role, and your contributions will be noticed and valued.
Our in-house pharmacy handles only a small number of monthly specialty medication prescriptions for our own patients. This allows us to provide careful, personalized service without the pressure of working in a high-volume pharmacy. Pharmacy experience is helpful, but we are happy to train the right person who is eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to grow.
If you want to work in a practice where quality is preferred over quantity, where you can develop new skills, and where you can work closely with a physician in a respectful and supportive environment, we would love to hear from you.
