Position Overview:
We are looking for motivated and ambitious individuals to join our growing team as Life Insurance Agents. This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential, designed for those who are driven to succeed in sales, financial education, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities:
- Educate potential clients on life insurance options that fit their needs
- Follow up with leads provided by the Alliance and numerous partners
- Guide clients through the application and underwriting process
- Maintain strong relationships with clients for policy reviews and referrals
- Continuously learn and improve sales strategies through company training
- Build and grow a book of business for long-term residual income
Requirements:
✔ Must be 18+ and legally able to work in the U.S.
✔ Willing to obtain a life insurance license (we provide guidance)
✔ Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to succeed
✔ Strong communication and people skills
✔ Coachable and willing to learn from industry leaders
✔ Self-motivated and disciplined in a commission-based environment
