Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Under the direct supervision of the Administrator, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring that the building, equipment, utilities, and grounds are maintained in accordance with the facilities policies and local, state, and federal regulations.

- Part time (16-25 hours a week)
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electric, carpentry & general maintenance
- 2-5 years of general maintenance experience
- Knowledge of Long Term Care Life Safety Code requirements preferred but not necessary
- Must have own tools and reliable transportation
- Mileage reimbursed for job specific travel
- Job Duties will discuss upon interview
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
