PrideStaff is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Machine Operator to join a top-tier manufacturing partner in the local area. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Manage the daily operation, setup, and continuous monitoring of wave equipment to maximize production efficiency.
- Execute accurate equipment changeovers, operational adjustments, and calibrations for different production runs.
- Perform regular quality control checks on output to guarantee products meet precise industry and company specifications.
- Diagnose basic mechanical issues on the fly and collaborate with the team on preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
- Champion workplace safety by keeping your workstation strictly organized and following all facility safety protocols.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience operating production machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Proven experience running wave machines or closely related advanced automated equipment.
- Solid mechanical troubleshooting skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- Comfort reading, interpreting, and applying information from technical operational manuals and production orders.
- A proactive team player who values reliability, continuous improvement, and producing high-quality work.
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
