Williston Care Center is a leading provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitative care in North Dakota. Our in-house therapy team is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to help individuals regain independence and improve quality of life. We’re currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our collaborative team in our subacute rehab unit.
As a Physical Therapist at Williston Care Center, you will provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to residents recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. This is an in-house position—no third-party staffing—with access to a well-equipped therapy gym and an experienced interdisciplinary team.
Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence
Document treatments, progress, and discharge planning using EMR
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehab staff to ensure continuity of care
Educate patients and family members on home exercises and care techniques
Participate in team meetings, care planning, and quality improvement initiatives
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current ND Physical Therapy license (or eligibility)
CPR certification (BLS)
Experience in subacute or skilled nursing settings preferred, but new grads welcome
Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus
