No extensive experience required—if you have a good attitude, a solid work ethic, and want to build a long-term career in Maine, we will train you from the ground up!

What You’ll Be Doing (With Guidance):
- Work alongside our Project Managers to learn framing, timber work, and structural repairs.
- Set up, organize, and maintain tools, materials, and jobsites safely.
- Assist with building leveling, foundation work, and setting piers, posts, and heavy timber.
- Learn to operate heavy machinery and specialized lifting equipment.
- Help fabricate metal brackets, plates, and structural supports.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of construction experience, shop class, or DIY hands-on work (entry-level applicants welcome!).
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to Lincolnville jobsite.
- Work Ethic: Strong attendance, attention to detail, and a desire to learn a high-demand skill.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift heavy materials, work outdoors, and stay active all day.
- Clean & Professional: Ability to pass a background check. Note: Strict no-smoking and no-cannabis policy on all job sites.
Schedule & Travel:
- Full-time, day shifts.
- Mostly local work. Occasional travel beyond 1.5 hours includes paid travel expenses and daily per diem.
