Responsibilities:
-The Personal Care Certified Medication Technician is responsible to provide each resident with routine nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s individual assessment and care plan, and as directed by the Director of Resident Care.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
- Assist with medical procedures and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
- Document patient information and medical records accurately and timely in the electronic system
All Shifts, First 7 am - 3 pm, Second 3pm - 11 pm and Third 11 pm to 7 am. This position requires flexibility to work other shifts as needed.
Every other weekend / Holiday Rotation
Better then average resident to nurse ratio
Physical activities will include, walking, sitting, stooping, pushing and standing.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a nursing assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of dementia care and behavioral health is a plus
- Familiarity with durable medical equipment (DME) is beneficial
- Understanding of hospital or personal care settings is advantageous
- Ability to work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $19.50 - $21.50 per hour
