NOW HIRING: GENTLEMEN’S CLUB MANAGER
We’re looking for a dependable, confident, sales-motivated, and experienced manager to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced gentlemen’s club.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate bartenders, security, DJs, entertainers, and support staff
- Drive sales and actively identify opportunities to increase nightly revenue
- Motivate staff to meet sales goals and promote club specials
- Maintain a professional, welcoming, and high-energy atmosphere
- Handle scheduling, customer concerns, and employee issues
- Monitor cash handling and nightly operations
- Ensure compliance with OLCC regulations and company policies
- Help increase customer traffic and special-event attendance
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Previous management experience required
- Must be highly motivated and sales-driven
- Nightclub, bar, hospitality, or adult-entertainment experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, sales, and communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and able to handle high-pressure situations
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have or be able to obtain all required permits and certifications
