Schedule: Make your own schedule — routes available 7 days a week
Pay Schedule: Weekly pay after your third week. A fuel program is available during that period for fuel assistance.
About the Role
XEXIAO Holding LLC is hiring independent contractors to deliver small mail items and packages throughout Palm Beach County and surrounding South Florida communities.
Routes typically start at 10:00 AM, take approximately 6–10 hours, and include 85–160 stops per day. This is flexible gig work for dependable drivers who want to control their schedules while earning consistent weekly income.
Delivery Areas
The locations listed below are areas where contractors will make deliveries. They are not pickup locations.
Area 1 — North Palm Beach County
West Palm Beach, Riviera Beach, Lake Park, North Palm Beach, Juno Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Royal Palm Beach, Palm Beach Island, Jupiter and Tequesta.
Area 2 — Central Palm Beach County
West Palm Beach, Palm Springs, Wellington, Lake Worth Beach, Lantana, Greenacres, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach and surrounding communities.
Area 7 — South Palm Beach County
Boca Raton, Downtown Boca Raton, West Boca Raton, Highland Beach, Broken Sound, Woodfield, Mission Bay and Boca Isles.
Responsibilities
- Scan and deliver each assigned small package or mail item.
- Maintain an average of at least 15 stops per hour.
- Meet at the designated pickup location provided after onboarding.
- Complete all assigned deliveries accurately and professionally.
- Follow delivery instructions and provide clear proof of delivery.
- Communicate promptly regarding route or delivery issues.
Requirements
- Must be able to work independently.
- Open and flexible availability.
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- Proof of active auto insurance.
- Acceptable driving record and background check.
- Must maintain a minimum of 15 stops per hour.
- Smartphone with reliable data service.
- Prior delivery experience with Amazon Flex, DoorDash, Uber Eats, Spark, Instacart or similar platforms is preferred but not required.
