The Role
Are you looking for a summer role that builds real-world sales and consulting experience without the "9-to-5" grind? Bar-B-Clean is seeking high-energy, young professional Field Representatives to develop relationships with luxury apartment communities and property management groups.
You won’t be cleaning grills—you’ll be a Risk Mitigation Consultant. Your mission is to help property managers protect their assets, pass corporate audits, and satisfy fire safety requirements through our professional "Amenity Audit" program.
What You’ll Do
The Amenity Walk: Perform safety and functionality inspections of outdoor kitchens at luxury apartment complexes.
The Pitch: Connect with Leasing Teams and Property Managers to present your findings using our "Red/Yellow/Green" safety framework.
The Win: Earn significant bonuses for every service contract secured through your outreach.
We reward performance and accuracy, not just "clocking in." A single 30 to 60-minute visit can result in:
$15.00 Base Visit Pay
+$5.00 for Contact Data (Names/Emails)
+$5.00 for Property Photos
+$10.00 for Scheduling an Audit
+$20.00 per grill cleaned at that property (Most properties have 2–4 grills!)

Compensation: Tiered Commission Structure (Earn $30–$60+ per hour of active work)
